Correcting or removing a listing

If you own or manage a listed business and something is wrong — the phone number, the address, the name, the category, or the fact that you are listed at all — email us and we will fix or remove it. Include the URL of the listing so we can find it quickly.

Removal is unconditional. We do not ask why, we do not offer to keep the listing in exchange for anything, and there is nothing to pay. When a listing is removed its URL redirects to the city page rather than returning an error, and we keep a note of the removal so a later data refresh cannot re-add it.

Use the get listed page. Listing is free; paid promotion is separate and always labelled.

Reporting a wrong figure

If a cost figure in a guide does not match what you are being quoted in your market, tell us — that is useful information and we would rather correct a range than defend it. Include the guide URL and, if you can, the quote you were given.

Data protection requests

Requests to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data go to the same address. We respond within one month. See the privacy policy for the full list of rights and our lawful basis for each type of processing.

Press and business enquiries

Also the same address. Advertising and sponsored placement enquiries are welcome — anything we run is labelled as paid. We still do not accept paid guest posts or paid links that pass ranking signals, so please do not pitch those.
